  Called this company in an emergency, my furnace stopped working and would not re-fire I called at 2:40 pm and they said someone would come out but I’d get charged after hour fee. HUH? I didn’t call after hours! a tech got here just before 5 so I’m still scratching my head about 165 dollar after hour charge hmmmmm. Anyway he was very nice and polite and was here maybe 30 minutes to discover my exhaust pipe screen outside had been plugged with snow and ice causing furnace to shut down. So all said and done I was charged $308.00 dollars.WOW! I’m thankful they came out and figured it out but 308 seems a bit out of range for something that didn’t even need parts or any fixing and it wasn’t after hours so all in all I think $154.00 dollars would have been more than fair. So I gave them a 3 only because of the dire emergency to get heat going in these temperatures, and they came with in 2 hours. but a big zero on the price/charge!

  Bought a home with a built in gas fireplace.
  It hasn't worked since day one.
  We worked on it and seemed to make it better but in the end it shutdown and would not start again.
  
  This company came out promptly, dug in right away and was able to fix it very quickly.
  
  The repairman was very friendly, efficient and competent.
  
  All for the minimum diagnostic charge. Yes you heard me right he didn't even charge for the repair.
  
  Was a very fair price for the time given and knowledge needed to do the job.
  
  Needless to say we will use no one else.
