  I am giving one star for my experience ,I had good luck with my love seat, but if I could give a negative 6, I would my son bought a mattress there at the same time and 3 weeks later the mattress dented in the middle like an old wore out one. They told him to take pictures of it and send them in and it would be about 6 weeks before he would hear about his claim on the mattress. They keep telling him he should hear in about 6 weeks he still hasn't heard anything being that his wife has back problems he went and got another mattress. I would never buy from them again great sales lousy service.

  They delivered the wrong color swivel chair than what I had asked for, and when I called about it they said that it wasnt their fault and that I asked for that color. They also told me had to pay another delivery fee of $160. The chair that they did bring was the floor model and it had no wheels, I would have paid full price for a broken item. The reclining sofa that I also purchased had cup holders and were filthy as if it also was a floor model! When purchasing, I just advise that you make sure that you are getting your money's worth!
